Fall Asleep Faster, and Stay Asleep Until Morning
Ever lain awake counting a partner's snores, a neighbour's TV or the first trucks of the morning? Noise doesn't just delay sleep – every peak pulls you out of the deep phases your body needs to recover. Foam plugs swell until your ear canal aches, and hard plastic ones pop out the moment you roll over, so most people give up and simply put up with it.
The DreamSleepy™ Quiet Night Earplugs are moulded from soft silicone with a low-profile stem, so they seal out the noise and stay comfortable all night, even when you sleep on your side.
DreamSleepy™ Quiet Night Earplugs help you deal with:
- A snoring partner
- Thin walls and noisy neighbours
- Early-morning traffic
- Waking up at every small sound
- Aching ears from foam or hard plastic plugs
Quiet Where It Counts, Comfortable Where It Matters
Ordinary foam plugs work by expanding to fill your ear canal. That constant outward pressure is exactly what makes them ache after an hour – and why they end up on the nightstand instead of in your ears.
Our plugs seal with a soft silicone tip instead. Sound is absorbed in the acoustic chamber behind the mesh filter, cutting noise by up to 25 dB while the tip simply rests in place.
Everything You Need, In One Pocket-Sized Case
Each set comes with a pair of earplugs, four sizes of silicone tips (XS to L) and a round carry case with a lanyard, so the plugs stay clean in a bag or on a nightstand.
The silicone is soft and skin-friendly. Rinse the tips with warm water, let them dry and they're ready for the next night – no throwaway foam.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much noise do they block?+
Up to 25 dB. That's enough to take snoring, street traffic or a TV through the wall down to a murmur. You'll still hear loud, close sounds.
Will I hear my alarm or my child?+
Be careful here: these work. A loud alarm next to the bed usually gets through, but a quiet alarm or a child in another room may not. If you need to hear those, earplugs are not the right choice.
Can I sleep on my side with them in?+
Yes. The stem sits low in the ear, so there's nothing for the pillow to push on.
Which tip size should I use?+
Start with M. If it slips out, go up a size; if it feels tight after a few minutes, go down. Four sizes (XS to L) are included.
How do I clean them?+
Pull the silicone tip off, rinse it with warm water and mild soap, let it dry fully and put it back on. Wipe the body with a damp cloth – don't soak it.
How long do they last?+
With regular cleaning they can be used night after night. Replace a tip once it loses its shape or softness.
Do they hurt after a few hours?+
They're designed not to. Silicone tips don't expand like foam, so there's no constant pressure on the ear canal.
What if it just isn't the right fit for me?+
Send it back. You get 60 nights to try it, and if it's not for you, you'll get a full refund.
