Wash and dry your nose, peel the strip off the backing and press it across the bridge of your nose, just above the flare of the nostrils. Hold it for a few seconds.
Is mouth tape safe?+
For healthy adults who can breathe freely through the nose, yes. Do not use it if you have sleep apnoea, a blocked nose, a cold or hay fever, or if you have been drinking alcohol or taking sedatives. Not for children.
I snore heavily and wake up exhausted. Will this fix it?+

Can I still talk or drink with the tape on?+
