Track Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment centre, we send you an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking page. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, and the estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days.

How to track your parcel

Open the shipping confirmation email we sent you (please also check your spam folder).
Click the tracking link, or copy the tracking number.
Paste the tracking number into the courier's website to see the latest status.

My tracking number is not updating yet

It can take up to 3–5 business days for the first scan to appear after your parcel is handed over to the carrier. During that time the tracking page may show no movement – this is normal and your order is on its way.

I have not received a tracking number

If more than 48 hours have passed since your order confirmation and you still have not received a shipping email, please get in touch and we will look it up for you.
